Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy SVHC - FT - Day - Stormont Vail Health : Job Details

Plans and administers occupational therapy treatments for patients suffering from injuries or disease affecting neurological, musculoskeletal, sensory, respiratory, and cardiac systems with the purpose of restoring function, relieving pain, providing education to patients/families/staff. Works to improve the physical, cognitive/perceptual, and developmental components that may be required to effectively perform regular activities of daily living (ADLs). ADLs can include, but are not limited to the following: Employment/ Work Tasks, Home-management Tasks, Grooming/hygiene, Bathing/ Dressing, Driving, Leisure Activities. Education Qualifications. Bachelor's Degree Required. Skills and Abilities. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
