Your Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans for each individual.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Ensure physician orders are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current certification as an OTR required by state regulations.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in state of practice.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
