Occupational Ther Asst-Cert-PD - CATHOLIC HEALTH SERVICES OF LONG ISLAND : Job Details

Provide occupational therapy services in restorative sub-acute and long term care setting in accordance with the physician's orders and direction of the occupational therapist. Carry out treatment as directed by the occupational therapist in conjunction with the client and/or caregiver. Appropriate documentation necessary including progress notes, attendance, billing minutes and MD orders. May require strenuous activity while assisting patients and/or residents with their rehabilitation program. Education: Licensed as an OTA in NYS. Associate Degree required SNF experience preferred, but not required Salary Range USD $40.06 - USD $40.06 / Hr.
