Overview

Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services in restorative sub-acute and long term care setting in accordance with the physician's orders and direction of the occupational therapist.

* Carry out treatment as directed by the occupational therapist in conjunction with the client and/or caregiver.

* Appropriate documentation necessary including progress notes, attendance, billing minutes and MD orders.

* May require strenuous activity while assisting patients and/or residents with their rehabilitation program.

Job Details

* Licensed as an OTA in NYS.

* Associate Degree required SNF experience preferred, but not required

Salary Range

USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.

The pay for this position ranges from $32.00 - $36.00 per hour/per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
