Part-Time Flexible Monthly Schedule Ongoing Assignment

Credentialing timeline: 2-3 months

Details/Requirements for Assignment: Clinic-based coverage only (psychiatric hospital setting) One 8-hour shift per month - flexible day of the week and hours (clinic staff in office 5:30A-4:30P most days) Patients are scheduled in advance (up to 16 per day) Active Washington license and clean background required Minimum 200 patient encounters in the past 12 months Procedures include: colposcopy, vulvar biopsy, IUD insertion Support staff includes: LPNs, RNs, MHTs/FCAs, and security EMR systems: WellSky (limited), CRTS (internal consult tracking) - training provided Job duties: provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and consultation for adult female patients (18+). Manage gynecologic conditions and genitourinary disorders, including non-surgical breast issues. Support emergency assessments and consultative care as needed. Collaborate with clinical staff and contribute to patient care planning
