• Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, Active Illinois License.
• Schedule: 24 hour call shifts - beeper call.

• Provider will be on 24-hour call and will only be called in for labor and delivery cases.
• This is a hospital-based position with no outpatient clinic duties
• EMR: EPIC
