• 8-provider team | Balanced mix of OB&GYN
• 2 office locations: Effingham&Vandalia, IL

• Anthony's Memorial Hospital (Effingham, IL)
• Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (Mattoon, IL)– Level II NICU, surgical robotics, block OR time

Compensation&Benefits:

• Competitive base salary (DOE) + productivity bonus (quick ramp-up potential)
