OB/ GYN Associate Residency Program Director Opportunity Overview The Associate Program Director (APD) for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program is a key leadership position that supports the Program Director in all aspects of program administration, resident education, and compliance with ACGME requirements. The APD plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience for residents and contributing to the overall success and continuous improvement of the program. Key Responsibilities Program Support & Administration: Assist the Program Director in ensuring full compliance with ACGME Program Requirements for Obstetrics and Gynecology and ACGME Common Program Requirements. Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of the residency curriculum. Participate in the annual program review and contribute to the development of program improvement initiatives.
