Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Expert Software Developer within our team NYS Office People with Developmental Disabilities. This is a 30 month contract, hybrid (up to 50%) in Albany, NY. Key Responsibilities: • Design and create scripts for databases, • Design, develop, maintain and enhance Java applications, • Test applications • Create and maintain documentation • Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents. . Qualifications: 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications:
- 84 months experience programming server-side Java web applications in a multi-tier environment using JDK 1.6 or higher.
- 60 months experience writing queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers in Oracle 11g or higher.
- 48 months development experience in database design and object creation/modification of databases consisting of 20 or more tables in Oracle 11g or higher.
- 48 months programming experience with Java Server Faces 2.0 or higher.
- 36 months programming experience with Java Persistence API 2.0 or higher
- 36 months experience with JavaScript/JQuery.
The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $ 50 .00 - $ 55 .00.
