Responsibilities
  • Provide for shift coverage and be on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be flexible and accept changes to assignment/schedule.
  • Implement preventive measures through crisis intervention and conflict resolution modalities.
  • Implement proper recording and reporting systems for consumer and staff safety.
  • Prepare incident reports.
  • Conduct curfew checks.
  • Conduct building inspections and rounds.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • BA preferred; Associates Degree Required.
  • Some experience in the field of safety and working with at-risk adults.
  • Must acquire Fire Safety and Fire Coordinator Certificate, CPR/1st Aid, and Crisis Intervention/Conflict Resolution Training and State Certification.
  • Must possess good writing and communication skills.
Education

Required: Associates or better.

Experience

Preferred: Some experience in the field of safety and working with at-risk adults.
