Responsibilities
- Provide for shift coverage and be on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be flexible and accept changes to assignment/schedule.
- Implement preventive measures through crisis intervention and conflict resolution modalities.
- Implement proper recording and reporting systems for consumer and staff safety.
- Prepare incident reports.
- Conduct curfew checks.
- Conduct building inspections and rounds.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- BA preferred; Associates Degree Required.
- Some experience in the field of safety and working with at-risk adults.
- Must acquire Fire Safety and Fire Coordinator Certificate, CPR/1st Aid, and Crisis Intervention/Conflict Resolution Training and State Certification.
- Must possess good writing and communication skills.
Education
Required: Associates or better.
Experience
Preferred: Some experience in the field of safety and working with at-risk adults.
