JOB TITLE: NYC PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
DEPARTMENT: SERVICES
STATUS: EXEMPT
LOCATION: NYC
REPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT, SERVICES
SALARY: $60,000 - $80,000 PER YEAR
SUMMARY: The NYC Program Development Director oversees all aspects of portfolio expansion, including creating all operational applications and credentialing. Development Director will continually monitor and work with external project managers, management entities and internal Westhab departments (Finance/Human Resources/Facilities/Real Estate Development) to ensure that all aspects of new programs are on track to meet established deadlines. Proof of COVID-19 vaccine required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree or the equivalent preferred, and five + years of program creation experience and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects serving homeless / special needs client populations. Candidate should have substantial experience working with NYS, NYC and federal funding agencies. Extensive experience in program development and administrative skills with experience in fiscal analysis.
Must have own car and valid NYS Drivers License.
