Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Salesforce Developer within our NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a software developer.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- At least 4 years of experience with .NET Framework 3.5 or higher and IIS 7.5 or higher.
- At least 4 years of experience writing complex queries in T-SQL.
- At least 4 years of experience developing reports using SSRS.
- 4 Experience developing web applications in C# using MVC, XML, and creating and consuming WCF/REST services/WebAPI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives within timeline.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with City of New York agencies is a plus but not mandatory.
The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $ 48 .00 - $ 58 .00.
