They play a vital role in ensuring the store meets its sales targets, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and operates efficiently and profitably.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive store profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer traffic, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Create and maintain a customer-focused environment by delivering outstanding service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Train, motivate, and supervise store staff, including providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, conducting regular inventory counts, and analyzing sell-through rates to optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, including proper product placement, signage, and overall store presentation.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, sales events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, representing the store in a professional and positive manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, and make recommendations to improve store performance.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and other operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective strategies.
• Proficient in using retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
