NXE Production Engineer - ASML Holding N.V. : Job Details

Support manufacturing operations to achieve world-class product quality, reduced lead times, and faster time-to-market through continuous improvement of ASMLs products and processes. This role is part of the EUV Manufacturing Final Assembly and Test group in Wilton, CT, and focuses on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for lithography systems. Key Responsibilities. Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, specifications, and technical work instructions. Manage MRP controls for module production. Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and subsystems. Analyze failed parts and propose solutions. Review supplier failure analysis reports and validate root causes. Improve cycle time and reduce labor hours through process optimization. Assess manufacturability of mechanical designs. Design production tooling and qualification tests. Create mechanical drawings from CAD models.
