Nutritional Supplement Lead - Lifetime Fitness - Life Time : Job Details

As a Nutrition Lead at Life Time, you will be responsible for product education, sales and customer service of LTH nutritional products inside of Life Time. This role requires a strong knowledge and passion of both nutrition and fitness, excellent sales skills, and the ability to mentor and guide commissionable team members to achieve sales targets. The Nutrition Lead reports directly to the Personal Training Lead withing the club and will get support from the Corporate LTH team. Job Duties/ Responsibilities. Sales Training & Education:Conduct engaging training sessions for personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and front desk staff on our nutrition supplement products. Develop educational materials and presentations to simplify product knowledge and benefits. Conduct sampling events monthly during prime-time hours. Sales Strategy Development:Collaborate with staff to create and implement effective sales techniques and strategies for promoting nutrition supplements.
