Nursing Scheduling Coordinator- Full Time - Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing : Job Details

Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Nursing Scheduler.

This position is full time and requires availabiltiy Monday- Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & plan Nursing Department staff schedules, taking staff and facility needs into consideration.
• Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility
• Patiently deal with last-minute changes in scheduling
• Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol.
• Assist with recruitment needs by advising Director of HR of open positions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling
• Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.)
• Computerized scheduling software
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required.
• Highly Organized, professional & motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize.
