About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Nursing Program Assistant Dean to lead the planning, development, and management of our esteemed nursing program. This pivotal role includes overseeing program budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining strong educational partnerships with clinical sites. The successful candidate will manage faculty and staff clinical site liaisons, develop and enhance curriculum, and maintain meticulous student and faculty records. Responsibilities also encompass preparing essential documentation for state and board requirements and engaging in faculty recruitment and orientation.

The ideal candidate will exemplify leadership in promoting diversity, teamwork, and collaboration while being committed to enhancing the quality of instruction and student performance. You will also serve as a vital community liaison, assist with student advising, and navigate conflict resolution effectively.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in nursing programs
• 2 years of direct patient care as a registered nurse with a current RN license
• Experience in supervision, planning, and budget maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
