Position Summary

With the purpose of serving Washington's communities this role supervises a growing team to provide consistent, coordinated, personalized, accessible and affordable care to enable individuals to live independently and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, schedules and monitors the work of assistants, caregiving personnel, and contractors
• Promotes effective care in compliance with the organizations philosophy, policies and procedures, and in accordance with state licensing laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA, LPN or RN
