Our team includes licensed administrators, registered nurses, social workers, licensed therapists, physicians, pharmacists, and dietitians who collaborate to develop care plans tailored to the communities we serve.Job Description Responsible for the actions of all employees; personnel policies and procedures must be written, revised, and enforced.Oversee all residents to ensure they receive appropriate nursing and medical care. This includes managing contracts with independent contractors for therapy, physician services, pharmacy, and dietetics, while ensuring adequate trained staff in all departments.Perform or supervise all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and monthly financial statements.Prepare an annual budget for the facility.Implement marketing techniques to improve and/or maintain resident census.Engage in public relations functions within the community on behalf of the facility.Ensure the facility environment and all equipment are in good repair to provide a home-like environment for residents.Obtain all necessary licenses and certifications for the facility.Maintain adequate inventories of raw food, chemicals, and supplies.Conduct or attend staff and committee meetings.Perform miscellaneous tasks to ensure a professionally operated facility.Be receptive and responsive to the needs of residents and staff.Manage expenses and income to stay within budget.Minimize workers' compensation claims through safety measures.Ensure timely billing and collection of accounts.Maintain confidentiality and loyalty to staff, residents, and owners.Keep the central office and owner informed of situations that could negatively impact the facility.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration.At least two years of experience as a long-term care facility administrator.Current state license as a Nursing Home Administrator.Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
