We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Director – NICU to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position plays a key role in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to our most vulnerable patients.
As a 24/7 leader, the Director will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, ensuring clinical staff competency, and managing unit resources effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader with a passion for neonatal care and a commitment to operational excellence.
Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
Preferred: MSN or master's in a health care related field.
Required: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. AHA BLS.
