• Design and enforce nursing policies and procedures

• Attract, develop, and retain skilled nursing staff

• Ensure optimal staffing levels and maintain staff competencies

• Monitor clinical outcomes and uphold compliance standards

• Serve as a liaison among residents, families, and healthcare providers

• Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and compassionate care

• Current RN license in New York State

• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in long-term care

• At least 2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory capacity

• Strong clinical expertise and demonstrated leadership abilities

• Exceptional communication and team-building skills
