Performs a range of personal nursing care to include feeding, bathing, lifting, and turning patients. Transfers/accompanies stable and uncomplicated patients via wheelchair or stretcher to other areas of the hospital for further care, admission, or testing.* Responsible for obtaining and recording patient information as assigned per unit policy (i.e. vital signs, height, weight, l&O, etc.).
