Nursing Assistant, per diem, MED/Simon 5-Oncology, Morristown Medical Center - Atlantic Health System : Job Details

Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Per Diem Nursing Assistant for the MED/ Simon 5 Unit at Morristown Medical Center to work 7 AM - 7:30 PM, or 7 pm to 7:30 AM including every other weekend. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities: Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient care Assisting patients with daily activities including bathing, feeding, and changing Measuring and recording vital signs Administering basic treatments Helping to ensure a safe care environment Continuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are met Ensuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitude Good communication skills Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skills Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Experience: Will train Excellent experience for nursing students License/ Certification: BLS preferr...Nursing Assistant, Medical, Oncology, Nursing, Per Diem, Assistant, Healthcare
