We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well! As a Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Ridgewood. Nursing Assistant duties include but not limited to assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning and documenting the care that was provided to each individual resident. Nursing Assistant will also complete over the counter treatments as instructed and answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less. Entry level friendly - paid on the job training. $18.50/hr up to $20.00hr and $1.00 shift differentials offered for afternoon/ midnight shifts. Weekend Shift Differentials of $1.00hr for ALL shifts. Full time, part time and casual positions are available and will include some weekend shifts. $2,000.00 Retention bonus for FT and $1,000.00 for PT Eligible employees who work at least 28 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary.
