We are seeking a Nursing Assistant/ Registered (CNA/ NAR) to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN! This role provides hands on care and support services for our Care Center long term care unit residents and young adult-geriatric Transitional care unit patients. This patient support schedule includes; Casual / on call Day/evening shift Must pick up three shifts per month; one being a weekend shift Lake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota.
