Be the Nurse Team Leader You've Always Aspired to Be

• Your impactful journey involves:
• Helping to develop and implement customized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as the essential link between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitoring and managing staff with timely feedback, annual evaluations, along with performance counseling and discipline when necessary.
• Providing patient care as needed and strengthening relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their comprehensive needs for successful recovery.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be secured within one year of starting the position.
• CRRN certification to be acquired within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership experience in roles such as charge nurse or equivalent, with responsibilities for reporting, resolving issues, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
