Become the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Dreamed Of

In this influential role, you will:

• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to patient care protocols and activities.
• Assign nursing personnel and monitor their availability for patient care.
• Identify staff training needs in collaboration with other leaders.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification to be achieved within a year after eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience (within the last five years).
• Previous experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse, with responsibilities for reporting, problem-solving, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
