Nurse Specialist - County of Montgomery Ohio : Job Details

Under the supervision of the Health Outcomes Supervisor, provides training and education to foster, adoptive, biological parents and caregivers of special and exceptional needs children ages 0-21 years. Summary of Job Duties Provides training and education to foster, adoptive, biological parents and caregivers of special and exceptional needs children ages 0-21 years. This includes, but is not limited to home visits, health and developmental summary, and teaching in relation to specific health needs of newborns and children in the Agency custody or involved with the Agency. Provides and writes appropriate health histories and summaries for adoptions.
