• Provide direct nursing care to students and staff, including first aid, chronic condition management, and health assessments.

• Monitor and manage student health records and immunizations in compliance with state and district policies.

• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student wellness and learning.

• Administer medications and develop care plans for students with specific medical needs.

• Promote a healthy school environment through education and preventive care.

• Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Previous pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
