Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain full caseload of families per Nurse Family Partnership guidelines. Deliver culturally sensitive services to diverse populations within your home community. Maintain fidelity to the Nurse Family Partnership model re: frequency, content and documentation of services. BS in Nursing required.
Current RN license (in good standing) required.
Minimum of two years recent experience in maternal/child health, pediatrics, and/or community health required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational/time management skills
Spanish, French and Creole language skills a plus.
