Nurse - RN - Mountaire Corporation : Job Details

Provides direct care in industrial setting performing post-offer physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, First Aid, wellness education and OSHA compliance. Provides leadership and oversight in the Medical department as needed. Works in conjunction with the Occupational Health Manager on worker's compensation case management. Exemplifies excellent customer service and builds rapport with employees. Understands unit policies and procedures and can fill in for the Occupational Health Manager when needed. Per Diem - Primarily for evenings and nights. Major Duties & Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service to employees. Ensures that all medical tasks and procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Assists with workers compensation management and regulatory compliance programs such as respiratory, bloodborne pathogens (BBP) and hearing screens.
