Department Preferences Additional Preferences: Strongly prefer National Board Certification in Family Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Departmental Preferences: Two clinical years experience as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) preferred. Additional Salary Compensation In addition to base compensation, you may also receive the following based on the Collectively Bargained Agreement: A. An annual education differential if you currently possess an appropriate degree in nursing or an allied health discipline from an accredited college or university, as listed below: 1. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelors in allied health discipline = $900. 2. Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Masters in allied health discipline = $1,200. 3. Doctorate in Education, Nursing Practice or PhD in Nursing (DNP) = $2,500. B. An annual certification differential of $1878 if you currently hold an appropriate certification that is nationally recognized in the discipline or area of specialization for which you are employed. C. An annual nursing experience differential ranging from $1,097 up to $9, 100 for up to 10 years of experience if you have outside nursing experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
