Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Pediatric Endocrinology - Mayo Clinic : Job Details

Mayo Clinic Childrens seeks a physician assistant or nurse practitioner who is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to providing the highest quality care to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in Pediatric Endocrinology. This Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will be 1.0 FTE based in the outpatient clinic providing care to children and teenagers with endocrine disorders including diabetes, obesity, and thyroid disorders. The care will include comprehensive physical assessment and evaluation, establishing treatment goals, coordination of diagnostic testing, interpretation of testing, trouble-shooting treatment related side effects, education of families, and communication with both Mayo and local providers. The APP will focus on the longitudinal management of children with endocrine disorders.
