We are currently seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a hybrid care model offering flexibility, autonomy, and strong compensation. Position Summary: We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work in a hybrid environment providing prescriptions for patients requiring durable medical equipment (DME). This position offers flexibility, an engaging caseload, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to improving patient outcomes through remote and on-site support. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate patients and determine DME needs based on medical necessity. • Prescribe durable medical equipment in compliance with applicable regulations. • Provide clinical decision-making support and maintain accurate documentation. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support ongoing patient care. • Educate patients on DME usage, care, and treatment expectations. • Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain detailed, compliant records. Required Qualifications: • Active Nurse Practitioner License in New York. • Malpractice insurance coverage. • Strong communication and patient assessment skills.
