Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist - Lyle Health : Job Details

Hospital system in southern New Jersey is adding a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to their hospitalist team! With a growing population in the area post-COVID, the program is expanding to accommodate this new shift.

Details:

• Location - 5 Miles South of Atlantic City
• Hours - 7 on, 7 off (7a to 7p) - DAYSHIFT or NIGHTSHIFT
• Experience - Ideally ED/ICU experience, but not required
• Setting - Hospital Environment

• Quality bonus, $3 per RVU, can pick up extra shifts if desired

Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients- Perform procedures such as catheterization and aseptic techniques- Administer basic life support when necessary- Provide behavioral health support and counseling to patients- Manage acute pain and provide inhalation therapy- Assist with dialysis procedures

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)- Proficiency in acute care, pediatrics, and behavioral health- Strong skills in aseptic techniques and catheterization- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
