DETAILS: - This position will work and spend time in our 2 locations: Hazel Crest and Chicago Heights, about a 10-minute distance between the 2 locations - Provide routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along with the supervising Physician - Provide Family Planning services as requested according to protocol - Provide prenatal services as requested according to protocol -Provide care to both a pediatric and adult patient panel QUALIFICATIONS: - IL License REQUIRED -Experience as an NP preferred, however, will consider candidates with 3-5 years of RN experience relating to a pediatric patient panel -Comfortable tending to a pediatric patient panel as well as adults
