NURSE PRACTIONER - Part Time - SCO Family of Services : Job Details

This position directs and oversees the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination with part of an interdisciplinary team. The Nurse Practitioner works to assure the delivery of high-quality care services to patients in a respectful and culturally competent manner. Throughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, policy through SCO's EMR and supporting platforms Conducts health maintenance care, including well-child exams and childhood immunizations Perform diagnostic assessments, psychopharmacologic evaluations, coordination of care with multidisciplinary providers and relevant clinical documentation team to a variety of youth with complex behavioral and medical needs.
