Nurse Manager/Supervisor - Soloh Partners : Job Details

Job Title: Nurse Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm Pay Rate: $ 75 Overview: The Nurse Manager, will assume 24-hour responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Duties:

• Monitors current quality control plans
• Develop programs that foster continued clinical development
• Maintains required unit records, reports and statistics for administrative purpose, ensures compliance with hospital
• Evaluates daily operation of nursing units
• Develops staffing schedules and ensures adequate daily coverage
• Investigates and follows through with occurrences/incidents and completes reports as required.
• Responds to patient and family concerns or complaints with sensitivity and compassion in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• NYS RN License
• AHA BLS - required
• 3-5 years of Charge Nurse Supervisory experience
