OverviewAlliance Cancer Specialists , the most extensive community-based oncology practice in Southeastern PA, is growing our Clinical team! We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Services . The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual excited to join our hardworking team at Alliance. No evenings.No weekends or major holidays.The position will work in conjunction with, and under the direction of, the Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical support for operations at existing and newly acquired practices. Responsibilities include consulting and advising clinicians on best practices, implementing and providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.Responsibilities Ensure clinical operations and practice are aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with practice management on operational projects such as site Quality Committees, QOPI assessments, Advancing Care Information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM), and other special projects.Facilitate the implementation and utilization of outcomes data and evidence-based practices.Implement standardized best practices within the organization.Ensure practice standards of care are consistent with community standards.Incorporate clinical evidence into standards and practices.Staff Development: Assess staffing levels, patient flow, and current clinical practices.Assist in developing company-wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs.Manage staffing, including vacations, sick leave, and overtime, demonstrating knowledge of applicable labor laws.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):Graduate of an accredited nursing or clinical program required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced degrees (MSN, MBA, MHA) are a plus.Current state licensure for applicable clinical background.Current CPR certification required.Business Experience : Minimum five years of clinical experience in an oncology setting and at least one year of leadership experience.Specialized Knowledge/Skills : Oncology certification preferred.Working Conditions: Traditional office environment. May require travel within the multi-site service area.Physical Requirements: Extensive computer work, handling and lifting patients, manual dexterity, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
