Responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within the Wound Care Department (Inpatient and outpatient), Cardiac Rehab and Pulmonary Rehab departments. Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical departments, nursing, management, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, department productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include human resources management, business development, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develops, implements and manages annual capital/operating and personnel (FTE) budget. Uses resources effectively and manages expenses to meet financial goals of department(s). Contributes to the strategic planning process, day-to-day operations, standards of care or service, and attainment of organizational goals.
