Assists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health maintenance and health education programs in the plant. Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of employees. Prepares and maintains patient clinical records. Assists in evaluating occupational health and safety efforts and recommends changes. Participates in continuing education to update knowledge of occupational health and safety, including legal regulations applicable to health and safety. Maintains OSHA reporting requirements, tracking of all on the job injuries and maintains a working relationship with the insurance carrier for Worker's Compensation. Core Responsibilities.
