Are you passionate about transforming the future of energy? Our client seeks an innovative and driven Regulatory Director to lead the nuclear licensing process in the Netherlands. You will report to the Global Head of Licensing and support the development of micro-nuclear power projects, contributing to decarbonization efforts. Experience in nuclear industry is a plus, but we value fresh perspectives and bold ideas.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a licensing roadmap for the Netherlands with the goal of licensing a plant within two years.
• Primary Contact: Act as the main liaison with the Netherlands nuclear regulatory authorities, including ANVS, COVRA, and other government bodies.
• Regulatory Filings: Lead and ensure the quality of regulatory submissions, license applications, and safety cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Third-Party Management: Oversee Dutch third-party licensing firms, managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor and address regulatory issues proactively, mitigating risks from internal and external stakeholders.
• Innovative Practices: Foster a culture of creativity, challenge norms, and promote ownership to develop efficient regulatory practices.
