Ideal position for degreed engineers with background in nuclear design engineering to move into project management!Our client is looking for several skilled nuclear Responsible Engineers with a passion to move into Project Management. In this role you will lead complex, multidisciplinary design engineering projects related to nuclear power plant design, modification, and analysis.Why Work For This Company?

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with talented engineers to drive successful project outcomes for our clients, who rely on us to maintain reliable sources of clean energy.
  • Act as a key liaison between project teams and clients, ensuring all deliverables are met, risks are managed, and any changes in scope are communicated effectively.
  • Take ownership of project documentation, training records, and financial processes, playing a critical role in the success of both the project and the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the commercial nuclear industry (design engineering) with at least 2 years in a Responsible Engineer role.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and value.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to support project delivery.
