We are searching for a Visitor Control Desk Project Analyst, Junior to provide support The Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA-274) on the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Patuxent River, Maryland. This is an in-office position.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Open the building each morning at 0600 hours; turn on lights, office equipment and open conference rooms\
  • Verify personnel entering the building for visible badge identification
  • Direct visitors to conference rooms, offices and/or labs
  • Escort maintenance personnel
  • Schedule and maintain conference room use
  • Answer telephones
  • Perform walk through monitoring of office spaces
  • Maintain visitor sign in log and calls point of contact for escort
  • Monitor cameras at VCD for three gates of access
  • Answer routine questions, and give guidance and provide assistance
  • Monitor Security Response Team radios and assist with fire and bomb threat evacuations
  • Receive and answer general mail and distribute mail to personnel on the first and second floors
  • Update various lists and documents (e.g., recall list, telephone lists; seating charts, etc.)

Education: Bachelor's degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable Substitutions include an Associate's Degree plus two years of additional experience or four years of additional experience.

Experience: Less than three years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
