NSNE LMF 2nd Helper - Nucor Corporation : Job Details

Nucor Steel-Nebraska is seeking qualified applicants for the position of LMF 2nd Helper. This position includes, but is not limited to, the operation of the Ladle Furnace and Melt Shop Chem Lab Equipment. Must be able to perform alloy calculations, stock supplies for LMF, judge slag quality, and produce clean, highquality steel to customer specification. The Chem Lab equipment includes ARL spectrometers, LECO carbon/sulphur and nitrogen/oxygen analyzers, and radiation detection equipment. Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts and scheduled/unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US (Nucor Steel Nebraska will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future).
