Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage System BOMs (bills of materials).

- Create part numbers and structure complex BOMs.

- Create, manage, and process Engineering Change Orders, Manufacturer Change Orders, and Deviations.

- Work on multiple projects concurrently.

- Collaborate with Program Managers, Finance, and multifunctional teams to lead development budgets.

- Create Purchase Requisitions and maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations, including Goods Receipts.

- Manage allocations, material schedules, deliverables, and logistics.

- Oversee security and safety product requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Knowledge of configuration management and BOM structuring (preferably for hardware products).

- Minimum 3+ years of NPI program management (or consumer electronics industry related) experience related with budget, procurement, logistics, and overseas supplier/contract manufacturer management.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Proven track record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Have an understanding of complex Bills of Materials and documentation experience.

- Experience with PLM tools, Agile experience is preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team.

- Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast pace environment.

- Experience with facilitating and tracking program budgets.

Education:

- BA/BS degree or industry experience.

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months (with a possibility to extend)

Work Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $ 72.00 - $ 87.00 (DOE)
