Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care with Primary Care in Breckenridge, MN. This is a locum position with lodging and travel allowance for out-of-town applicants. Job Details:Setting: Walk In/Urgent Care with Primary Care available Duties: 72 hours of Face to Face coverage per pay period as sole provider Days per month: 14-16 Required Procedures: Routine EMR: Allscripts/Altera/AEHR Support Staff: Clinic shifts are 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 front office Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave coverage Requirements:

• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA) - REQUIRED
• Active MN License - REQUIRED
• BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccinated - REQUIRED
