Job Summary:We're hiring dependable individuals for General Production positions in Crete, NE. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with consistent hours, weekly pay, and an optional daily pay program!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general production, assembly, and packaging duties according to standard operating procedures

  • Operate basic production equipment and hand/power tools safely

  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging or shipping

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and quality standards

  • Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and staging of products

  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and work instructions

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

  • Support continuous improvement and efficiency efforts

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
