Bale Room Attendants are responsible for collecting, sorting, and preparing waste materials for recycling or disposal. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is crucial for safety and efficiency. Adhering to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established procedures, is essential. The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently, and stand for extended periods is necessary. Requires using a forklift. The job can be physically demanding, requiring continuous standing, frequent walking, and lifting. The work environment may involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Bale Room Attendant shifts involve full-time work with the possibility of overtime. Competitive pay between $18/ Hr. to $20/ Hr. based on your experience, a generous 24% shift incentive for 12-hour Night Shift, and 8% for 2nd shift, paid holiday and vacation time, benefits and more.
