Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a Virtual Notary Public to work within the U.S.

Job Details

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Notarize documents and roll fingerprints for walk-in clients.

Provide customer service, answer calls, and prepare quotes.

Travel occasionally to client locations to legalize documents.

Assist with preparing and shipping documents to vendors and clients.

Perform various office duties.

Qualifications

• Notary Public License (minimum 1 year experience).
• Fingerprinting certification from the Department of Justice.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and computer literate.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Requirements

Home office setup with computer, internet, and phone.

Compensation

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
